A Little About Me...
I began my teaching career in 2006 in Georgetown as a Special Education Teacher. Later, I transferred to Milton to teach Grade Two. Four years later, I began teaching ESL in Oakville. Currently I am responsible for six schools in South-West Burlington. My role is itinerant - meaning I travel between schools to support English Language Learners (ELL's). When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family (I have 3 children!) and being outdoors. My favourite activities include hiking, canoeing, biking and exploring new places. I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to travel to about 40 countries on 6 continents. Antarctica is a dream I've yet to conquer! My love for travel and education have led me to teach English in Brazil and Mongolia so far. |
